At And She Is Couture, we want you to feel as confident as you look in our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
